Pushing the Boundaries

I am delighted to announce the third Pushing the Boundaries show in aid of Melanoma UK and The Tom Maynard Trust at Newport CC on Thursday 12th November at 7.45pm. After the carnage of Headingley with the Yorkshire boys and the chaos in Southgate with the Middlesex chaps, we are taking the show to South Wales to do live Q and A's on stage with a star studded Glamorgan line up, who are giving up their time for these brilliant charities.

So far we have confirmed for the night;

Matthew Maynard - scorer of nearly 40,000 runs for the county and now Director of Cricket at Somerset CCC.

Robert Croft - ex England off spinner who was the first to take 1000 wickets and score 10,000 runs for Glamorgan.

Mark Wallace - ex Glamorgan skipper in his seventeenth season with the county. Outstanding Wicket Keeper and Chairman of the PCA.

Mike Powell - ex Glamorgan and Kent hard hitting batsman with a highest score of 299. Recently retired after seventeen years in cricket.

Tickets will be available soon and we will announce where and when you can get yours. The only thing I would advise though, is grab them quickly as this event is bound to sell out.
